Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in condition. Administer complex medications and treatments, operate life-support equipment, and interpret advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, provide education to patients and families, and adhere to strict infection control protocols. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
