Travel ICU RN

Travel ICU RN for a 13-week travel assignment in Fishers/Carmel, Indiana. The ICU RN will provide comprehensive critical care, operate advanced life support equipment, administer complex medications, document and communicate patient status, educate patients and families, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams while adhering to infection control and safety protocols in a high-acuity ICU setting. Essential duties include monitoring critically ill patients, managing hemodynamic monitoring (arterial lines, CVP, PA catheters), ensuring timely documentation, supporting quality improvement, and maintaining proficiency in critical care procedures and technologies. Strong critical thinking, English communication, and professional ethics are required; certifications in BLS and ACLS are necessary, with CCRN/NIHSS/TNCC considered preferred.
