Job Summary
Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice in the ICU, leading and supporting patient/family education while guiding nursing staff activities. Account for care and outcomes of assigned patients by communicating condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results. Respond quickly and accurately to changes in patient condition or treatment response, delivering safe, high-quality care using the nursing process. Requires current and valid state RN license, BLS and ACLS certificates, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation. Minimum one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital with critical care experience. Shifts available per diem at $896–$1,008 per shift (base gross) for 4-week assignments.
