Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in patient condition. Administer complex medications and treatments in accordance with approved critical care nursing techniques. Operate and manage advanced life support equipment while performing and interpreting advanced hemodynamic monitoring. Accurately document all assessments, interventions, and patient responses in the medical record to ensure continuity of care. Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment, treatments, and recovery expectations. Adhere to strict infection control protocols to protect immunocompromised patients and reduce risks. This 13-week travel assignment is located in Hilo, Hawaii. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
