Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, administer complex medications, and operate advanced life support equipment in a high-acuity York, Pennsylvania ICU setting. Perform hemodynamic monitoring, document interventions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures while adhering to strict infection control protocols and regulatory standards. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
