Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in condition. Administer complex medications and treatments using approved critical care techniques. Operate and manage advanced life support equipment, including arterial lines and central venous pressure monitoring. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes while adhering to strict infection control protocols. Provide education to patients and families regarding the ICU environment and recovery expectations. Perform other duties as assigned within scope.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking

- Ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
