Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognizing and responding to subtle changes in condition. Administer complex medications and operate advanced life support equipment while interpreting hemodynamic monitoring data. Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately to ensure continuity of care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes and address physical and emotional needs. Adhere to strict infection control protocols and hospital safety guidelines. Provide education to patients and families regarding treatments and recovery expectations. Perform other duties as assigned within scope. This 13-week travel assignment in Grand Island, Nebraska requires one year of recent ICU experience, valid RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
