Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, recognize subtle changes in condition, and administer complex medications per approved critical care techniques. Operate advanced life support equipment and interpret hemodynamic monitoring data including arterial lines and central venous pressure. Document all interventions and patient responses accurately to ensure continuity of care while educating patients and families on recovery expectations. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes and adhere to strict infection control protocols. One year of recent ICU RN experience and current BLS/ACLS certifications required for this 13-week travel assignment in St. Joseph, Michigan.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Critical thinking
