Job Summary
Provide direct patient care within RN scope of practice in the ICU, leading and supporting patient/family education while guiding nursing staff activities. Account for care and outcomes of assigned patients by communicating condition changes to physicians, including hemodynamic data and diagnostic results. Respond quickly to patient condition changes or treatment response, delivering safe, high-quality care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation). Requires current state RN license, BLS, ACLS, and Basic Arrhythmia Interpretation, with a minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care critical care. Per diem shifts available in Anaheim, CA, with a 4-week assignment length and competitive compensation ranging from $896 to $1,008 per shift.
Required Qualifications
- Current and valid state RN License
- Current BLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Basic Arrythmia Interpretation
- Current ACLS certificate upon hire and maintain current
- Minimum of one year as a staff RN in acute care hospital, critical care required
