Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, administer complex medications, and operate advanced life-support equipment in a high-acuity ICU setting. Manage hemodynamic monitoring including arterial lines and central venous pressure, while accurately documenting all interventions to ensure regulatory compliance. Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care and provide education to families regarding recovery expectations. Maintain strict infection control protocols and engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Requires one year of recent ICU experience, valid RN license, and current BLS and ACLS certifications. 13-week travel assignment in Fort Worth, Texas with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
