Job Summary
Assess and monitor critically ill patients, administering complex medications and operating advanced life support equipment. Perform and interpret hemodynamic monitoring, accurately document interventions, and communicate closely with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care. Provide education to patients and families while adhering to strict infection control protocols and quality improvement initiatives. Maintain proficiency in critical care procedures through ongoing training. One year of recent ICU experience and valid RN license required, including BLS and ACLS certifications. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ICU RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS (AHA/ARC) certification
- Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certification
