Travel ICU Charge Nurse

Oversee ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, managing staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments. Supervise, mentor, and support staff performance while assisting with HR activities and monitoring unit readiness. Coordinate patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges, rounding with patients and families to support a positive experience. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and ensure regulatory compliance. Address patient care concerns and escalate issues through the appropriate chain of command. Requires a current RN license, BLS, and ACLS, plus one year of acute care experience with one to two years of supervisory experience in an ICU setting.
