Travel ICU Charge Nurse

Oversee ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, managing staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments. Supervise and mentor team performance while assisting with HR activities, and monitor supplies and equipment readiness. Coordinate patient care flows including admissions, transfers, and discharges, and round with patients and families to support care quality. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and ensure regulatory compliance. Address patient concerns and escalate issues through the appropriate chain of command. Available for days and nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine, with a 12-week assignment length.
