Travel ICU Charge Nurse

Oversee ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, managing staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments. Supervise and mentor team performance while assisting with HR activities, and monitor supplies and unit readiness. Coordinate patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges, rounding with patients and families to support care quality. Address care concerns and escalate issues through the appropriate chain of command, providing direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and regulatory compliance. This 12-week assignment in Lewiston, Maine, offers days and nights shifts with a weekly gross pay of up to $2,067, including a $3/hour differential.
