Travel ICU Charge Nurse

Oversees ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, managing staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments while supervising and mentoring team performance. Coordinates patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges, rounding with patients and families to support a positive experience. Addresses patient care concerns and escalates issues through the appropriate chain of command, providing direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and quality outcomes. Monitors supplies, equipment, and unit readiness to ensure regulatory compliance. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, and one year of acute care nursing experience with prior supervisory roles. Available for days and nights shifts in Lewiston, Maine, with a 12-week assignment length.
