Travel ICU Charge Nurse

Oversee ICU operations and nursing staff during assigned shifts, managing staffing, scheduling, and patient assignments. Supervise, mentor, and support staff performance while assisting with HR activities and monitoring unit readiness. Coordinate patient care, admissions, transfers, and discharges, rounding with patients and families to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes and regulatory compliance. Address care concerns and escalate issues through the appropriate chain of command. Provide direct patient care as needed to maintain safe staffing and quality standards. Requires current RN license, BLS, ACLS, one year acute care experience, and one to two years of ICU supervisory experience.
