Job Summary
Lead nursing operations and supervise staff during shifts as a Travel House Supervisor RN. Oversee patient flow, admissions/transfers/discharges, compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards, adjust staffing based on acuity/census, respond to emergencies, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, serve as a resource for staff, patients, and families, participate in quality assurance, document activities in EHR and incident reporting systems, and lead emergency preparedness efforts. Requires critical thinking, effective communication, and proficiency in English; travel RN with 13-week assignment and an active RN license along with BLS certification.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN House Supervisor
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
