Job Summary
Supervise nursing staff during shifts to ensure efficient patient care, adherence to policies, and optimal patient flow through managing admissions, transfers, and discharges. Adjust staffing levels based on acuity and census, respond to emergencies with leadership, and collaborate with department leaders to address operational needs. Serve as a resource for staff, patients, and families to resolve conflicts, participate in quality assurance initiatives, and utilize electronic health records for documentation. Lead emergency preparedness efforts and perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice. This 13-week travel assignment in East Sandwich, Massachusetts, offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits for a skilled RN with one year of recent experience.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN House Supervisor
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking

- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
