Travel Hospice RN

Travel Hospice RN for a 12-week assignment in Martinez, GA. Provide compassionate end-of-life care, pain management, and emotional support to patients in home or hospice settings. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans, educate families, document care and symptom changes, and ensure adherence to hospice regulations and safety protocols. Essential duties includeAssessing patient needs, administering pain management interventions, educating families about symptom management, monitoring patient condition and adjusting interventions, coordinating with hospice physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members, documenting all care and ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining infection control practices, and supporting patients and families throughout the end-of-life journey. Required qualifications include one year of RN experience with at least six months in hospice, an active RN license, and BLS certification.
