Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop individualized hospice care plans, and administer pain management interventions to ensure patient comfort at a facility in Highland Heights, Ohio. Educate families on symptom management, monitor patient conditions, and coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and social workers. Document all care accurately while adhering to infection control protocols and regulatory requirements. Complete visit and productivity goals while maintaining continuous, compassionate care. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an RN
- minimum of six months in a hospice setting as an RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Critical thinking
