Travel Hospice RN

Hospice RN responsible for compassionate end-of-life care, pain management, and family education. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams, administering pain management interventions, educating families, coordinating care with hospice physicians, social workers, and chaplains, documenting care and adherence to regulations, maintaining infection control and safety standards, and providing emotional support to patients and loved ones. Requires strong critical thinking, interpersonal communication, ability to read/write English, and PC skills; ability to handle varying schedules and maintain quality of life for patients; travel-based assignment in Everett, WA.
