Travel Hospice RN

Hospice RN travel assignment providing compassionate end-of-life care in patients' homes or hospice settings. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing individualized hospice care plans with physicians and care teams, administering pain management interventions, educating and supporting families, monitoring patient condition, coordinating with hospice physicians, social workers, chaplains, and other team members, accurate charting and documentation in compliance with hospice regulations, ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory requirements, offering emotional support to patients and loved ones, maintaining ongoing communication with the care team, and performing duties within the scope of practice. Requires strong critical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, English literacy, and ability to perform clinical procedures and use department equipment.
