Job Summary
Assist with patient assessments, implement therapy plans, document progress in Homecare Homebase EMR, and provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. See 5 to 6 visits per day across 8-hour days, working 40 hours per week on a 13-week assignment. Maintain an active Oregon license and hold home health experience. This role offers immediate start availability with pay ranging from $1,752 to $1,805 per week, plus tax-free stipends and housing support.
