Job Summary
Assist with patient assessments, implement therapy plans, document progress in Homecare Homebase EMR, and provide one-on-one care in patients' homes. See 5 to 6 visits per day across 8-hour day shifts. Requires an active Oregon license and home health experience. 13-week assignment with pay ranging from $1,633.00 to $1,683.00 per week.
