Home Health Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week travel assignment in Medford, OR. Provide one-on-one patient care in patients' homes within a 50+ mile travel radius; dayshift, 8-hour days. Document care using EPIC/Oasis; BCLS certification required; Oasis experience preferred; open to travelers with no prior home health experience. Must have reliable transportation and COVID-19 vaccination (primary series + booster). Employment type is contract with travel reimbursement and housing allowance options; salary based on weekly pay at $2,698/week. 40 hours per week with schedule 08:00–16:30. No 4x10s or 3x12s.
