Job Summary
Travel Home Health Physical Therapist in Fresno, CA for a 13-week assignment. Provide in-home physical therapy within the Home Health setting, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Work a minimum of 36 hours per week with flexible scheduling (5x8 or 4x10 options) and travel within the Kings/Tulare County territory to patient homes. Use Wellsky EMR, maintain required productivity, and hold an active California PT license (BLS may be required). Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (APTA-approved)
- Active California Physical Therapist license

- Home Health experience preferred or willing to consider applicants without home health experience
- Experience with Wellsky EMR preferred or ability to learn Wellsky
