Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona PT license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- 1 year Physical Therapist, Home Health experience
- PT (Compact Accepted)
