Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide one-on-one therapy in patients' homes while documenting progress in Homecare Homebase EMR. Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance independence through daily visits to Salem, OR. This 13-week assignment includes 40 hours per week across 8-hour days with a pay rate of $2,211 to $2,278 per week. You must hold an active Oregon license and home health experience.
