Job Summary
Travel Home Health Occupational Therapist responsible for evaluating and treating patients in the home environment, developing individualized treatment plans to improve safety, independence, and functional mobility, addressing ADLs and home safety, educating caregivers, collaborating with the home health team, and completing timely documentation in HCHB. Requires active Washington OT license and BLS, with at least 12 months of recent Home Health experience; position features a 13-week contract, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, in Spokane Valley, WA, with weekly pay and industry-leading benefits.
Required Qualifications
