Job Summary
Evaluate and treat clients in their homes, develop care plans, document progress, and collaborate with healthcare teams to improve function and safety. Work independently, adapting care to each client's needs. Monday through Friday, 8-hour days totaling 40 hours per week with no weekends or on-call. Requires an Oregon OT license and home health experience. This 13-week assignment at a Level IV trauma facility in John Day, OR, supports the Greater John Day region's outpatient and specialty clinic services.
