Job Summary
Traveling Fixture Installer required for full-time role in West Palm Beach, FL. The position involves traveling to project sites across the assigned state and region to complete hands-on steel fixture installation, adjustments, repairs, and deconstruction, as well as new store set-ups. Responsibilities include following the Team Lead's directions, relocating and restocking merchandise, installing and anchoring steel pallet racking and displays, reading and executing planograms and schematics, safely operating power tools and lifts, relocating products, and maintaining safety and quality standards. The role requires independent and team collaboration to meet project deadlines and involves frequent travel with travel expenses reimbursed (mileage, per diem, hotel/airfare covered). Minimum qualifications emphasize 21+ years old, valid driver's license and vehicle, ability to travel, basic tools, physical lifting requirements, OSHA-related precautions, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and basic auto insurance
- Frequent travel ability to project locations and work across multiple states
- Forklift or reach truck certification is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented focus
- Access to a personal Smartphone with call, text, and email capability
- Basic hand tools and power tools such as work gloves, tape measure, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, rubber mallet, box cutter, cordless drill
- This position involves lifting 50+ lbs throughout the shift
- Travel weekly across the listed state, surrounding states, and regional markets with weekend travel home
