Job Summary
Travel Fixture Installer based in Philadelphia, PA, traveling weekly across the assigned state and surrounding regions to perform hands-on steel fixture installation, adjustments, repairs, and deconstruction, including new store setups and sign/price-label updates. Responsibilities include following Team Lead directions, safely operating tools and equipment (power tools, scissor lifts, forklifts), reading and executing planograms to build/modify displays, relocating merchandise, installing racks and fixtures, maintaining clean work areas, and collaborating with store staff to meet project deadlines and quality standards. Requires valid US work authorization, driver’s license, personal vehicle, ability to travel frequently, and comfort with lifting 50+ lbs. Benefits include bi-weekly pay, mileage and drivetime reimbursement, hotel and airfare coverage, per diems, health benefits, and potential profit-sharing; OSHA training provided as needed. Location is Philadelphia, PA with travel across multiple states; role is full-time and on-site with travel.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years or older and authorized to work in the United States
- Possess a valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and basic auto insurance
- Frequent travel ability to project locations and work across multiple states
- Basic hand tools and power tools such as work gloves, tape measure, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, rubber mallet, box cutter, cordless drill
- Forklift or reach truck certification is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented focus
