Job Summary
Travel Fixture Installer for store remodel projects with Home Depot, Lowe’s, and Ace Hardware. Full-time traveling role based in Hartford, CT, requiring weekly travel across the state and surrounding markets. Responsibilities include installing, adjusting, repairing, and deconstructing steel fixtures, reading planograms, relocating merchandise, installing shelving and signage, operating power tools and forklifts, and coordinating with team leads to meet project deadlines. Benefits include mileage reimbursement, hotel and airfare covered, per diems, health benefits, profit-sharing, and E-Verify/I-9 compliance. Must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license and a personal vehicle, and be willing to travel; forklift certification is a plus.} ,
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21+ years or older
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal vehicle
- Basic auto insurance
- Forklift or reach truck certification is a plus but not required
- Frequent travel ability to project locations and work across multiple states
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented focus
- Access to a personal Smartphone with call, text, and email capability
- Basic hand tools and power tools: tape measure, screwdrivers, pliers, wrenches, rubber mallet, box cutter, cordless drill
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- OSHA training may be provided
