Job Summary
Plan outstanding travel itineraries by coordinating hotels, transport, guides, restaurants, and activities while managing tour guide availabilities, bookings, and contracts. Prepare detailed client itineraries, negotiate rates with suppliers, and generate quotations for day tours. Provide customer support via phone and email, contributing ideas to develop new travel experiences. Participate in weekend and public holiday duty rotations during peak season. This role supports MyMountains' mission to create unique travel experiences with local communities in a fast-paced, people-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications

- Degree in Tourism or 1–3 years of relevant industry experience
- Helpful and positive presence
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills to translate problems into solutions and functional plans
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent German and excellent English
- Swiss citizens or already possess the legal authorization to reside and work in Switzerland
- Participate in weekend and public holiday duty rotations (minimum two weekends per month during peak season)
