Job Summary
Create domestic and international travel arrangements for clients, including air, hotel, rail, and ground transportation. Ensure reservations are built according to client standards and preferences while acting as a trusted advisor with informed recommendations. Handle a wide range of bookings from simple to complex multi-destinations, ticket exchanges, and non-standard fares. Make changes or solve issues that occur during or before travel assignments, including both routine and non-routine work. This onsite customer role supports the U.S. Military and Government team, ensuring an unforgettable travel experience for federal clients through seamless management and innovative technology.
Required Qualifications
- 10 or more years' experience working as a Travel Consultant in Military and Government
- Advanced knowledge of GDS (Sabre) and International Travel
- U.S. citizenship
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Successful completion of company and government background investigations
- Ability to meet government eligibility requirements
- This is an onsite customer dedicated role
