Job Summary
Coordinate travel services including accommodations, transportation, cruises, tours, and excursions while assisting clients with vacation planning based on their preferences, schedules, and budgets. Research and review travel options using approved supplier systems, then provide updates regarding reservation status, itinerary progress, and confirmations. Communicate with clients through phone, email, and online messaging to support itinerary modifications, booking adjustments, and follow-up requests. Stay informed on supplier promotions and destination updates. Participate in virtual onboarding, workshops, and ongoing training sessions within a remote work environment with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities
- Comfortable managing responsibilities independently in a remote setting
- Reliable internet connection and professional communication habits
- Positive mindset and willingness to learn new skills
- Must be at least 18 years of age
