Job Summary
Partner with employees to ensure travel and expense claims are paid accurately and on time using Rydoo, Navan, and NetSuite OneWorld ERP. Validate claim information, ensure compliance with T&E policy, and manage rejections to maintain timely payments. Identify additional approvals required before submission and resolve exceptions through problem-solving. Handle incoming queries related to T&E claims with outcome-focused communication. Report to the Accounts Payable Team Lead within the P2P team to standardize processes across regional entities.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of T&E or Accounts Payable experience within a multi-entity environment
- Strong English communication skills and the ability to partner with internal business stakeholders
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of hands-on experience with NetSuite OneWorld is highly preferably
- Experience using Rydoo and/or Navan preferred
- Extensive using Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs)
