Job Summary
The Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. This travel assignment involves rapid assessment and triage, administering medications and treatments, preparing equipment and assisting physicians, ongoing monitoring, documentation in EMR, patient education, and collaboration with physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers, and other staff to ensure safe, efficient, patient-centered care in critical situations. Requires ER nursing experience and active RN license with BLS/ACLS/PALS; travel assignment for 10 weeks; benefits provided.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ER RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
