Job Summary
Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Phoenix, Arizona. The Emergency Room Registered Nurse delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Duties include rapidly assessing and triaging patients, explaining procedures to patients and families, administering prescribed medications, preparing equipment, monitoring patient conditions, documenting findings in EMR, initiating patient education, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to ensure patient safety and quality care. Requires one year of ER experience, valid RN license, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS or ENPC certifications. Preferred certifications include TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP and SANE.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
