Travel ER RN

Travel ER RN position for a 13-week assignment in New York. The ER RN delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department, including rapid assessment and triage, explaining procedures to patients and families, administering medications, preparing equipment for procedures, monitoring patient comfort and safety, documenting assessments and outcomes in EMR, initiating patient education, and collaborating with physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers, and other staff. Requires critical thinking, strong communication, and the ability to work effectively with a multidisciplinary team; duties include adherence to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards.
