Job Summary
Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Jacksonville, FL. Delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department; responsibilities include rapidly assessing and triaging patients, explaining procedures to patients/families, administering prescribed medications and treatments, preparing equipment, monitoring patient conditions, documenting assessments and interventions in EMR, initiating patient education, and collaborating with physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers, and other staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care in urgent situations.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ER RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
Desired Qualifications
- TNCC
- NIHSS
- CPI
- NRP
- SANE certifications
- Preferred Qualifications: TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP and SANE certifications
- Other certifications or licenses may be required for this position
