Job Summary
Travel ER RN – serve in a 13-week travel assignment in a fast-paced Emergency Department, delivering rapid-response, high-quality patient care, assessing and triaging patients, administering treatments, documenting in EMR, and collaborating with physicians, specialists, and support staff. Must have ER nursing experience (1 year), valid RN license, BLS, ACLS, and PALS or ENPC; TNCC/NIHSS/CPI/NRP/SANE certifications preferred. Responsibilities include triage, patient education, medication administration, preparing equipment, monitoring vitals, life-saving interventions, and adherence to safety and regulatory standards. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, communication, and ability to work under pressure are essential.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ER RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
