Job Summary
Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in the Los Angeles area. Delivers rapid-response, high-quality emergency nursing care in a fast-paced ED. Responsibilities include rapid triage, administering prescribed medications and treatments, preparing equipment, ED documentation in EMR, patient education, and collaboration with physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers, and other staff. Requires ER RN experience, valid state RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications, and PALS or ENPC; TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE certifications are preferred. Adheres to hospital safety protocols and infection control while maintaining professional ethics and patient safety.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
