Job Summary
Emergency Room Registered Nurse (ER RN) for a 13-week travel assignment in Pompton Plains, NJ. Responsibilities include rapid assessment and triage, explaining emergency procedures to patients and families, administering medications and treatments per emergency nursing protocols, assisting physicians, documenting in EMR, patient education, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced ER setting. Requires ER nursing experience and active RN license with BLS and ACLS; PALS or ENPC required, with preferred certifications such as TNCC, NIHSS, CPI, NRP, and SANE. Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ER RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
