Job Summary
Assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity. Administer prescribed medications and treatments per approved emergency protocols. Monitor vital signs, document comprehensive assessments in electronic medical records, and respond to life-saving situations using emergency nursing standards. Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient-centered care. Maintain patient comfort and safety throughout the emergency department while adhering to infection control and regulatory guidelines. One year of recent ER RN experience and current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required for this 13-week travel assignment in Rogers, Arkansas.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ER RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Current BLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current ACLS certification (AHA/ARC)
- Current PALS (AHA / ARC) or ENPC Certification
- Critical thinking
