Job Summary
Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Mckinney, TX. Delivers rapid-response emergency nursing care in a fast-paced emergency department, including triage, administering medications and treatments, preparing equipment, and collaborating with physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers, and other team members. Maintains patient safety and high-quality care, documents assessments and interventions in EMR, and adheres to infection control and regulatory standards. Requires one year of ER RN experience and a valid RN license; strong clinical, critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent ER RN experience
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- Proficient in English communication and documentation in EMR
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform under pressure and adhere to safety and regulatory standards
