Job Summary
Travel ER RN for a 13-week assignment in Goldsboro, NC. Requires ER RN with 1 year of recent experience; valid RN license. Delivers rapid-response, high-quality patient care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. Responsibilities include rapid assessment and triage, explaining procedures to patients and families, administering medications and treatments, preparing equipment, monitoring patient condition and safety, documenting assessments and outcomes in EMR, initiating patient education, and collaborating with physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers, and other staff. Adheres to safety, infection control, and regulatory standards; strong communication in English; physical and mental ability to perform fundamentals of emergency nursing.
