Travel ER Nurses Needed ASAP

Job Summary
Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on severity. Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families while administering prescribed medications and treatments according to approved protocols. Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments, monitor patient comfort and safety, and respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards. Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records, and initiate patient education plans for acute needs. Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, paramedics, and social workers to ensure comprehensive care. Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standards. Requires one year of recent ER experience, valid RN license, and ability to work under pressure. 13-week travel assignment in Pleasanton, California with highly competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- One year of recent experience as an ER RN
- Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position
- Must be able to move about
- Must be able to move equipment (50-100lbs)

- Must be able to pull
- Must be able to bend
- Must have the ability to grasp
- Must have the ability to perform fine manipulation
