Job Summary
Travel ER RN position requiring a valid RN license and one year of ER experience for a 3-week travel assignment. Responsibilities include rapid assessment and triage, administering prescribed medications and treatments, preparing equipment and aiding physicians during emergency procedures, documenting assessments and interventions in EMR, educating patients and families, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced emergency department. Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, excellent communication under pressure, and adherence to hospital safety and regulatory standards are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license
- one year of ER RN experience
- English proficiency (reading/writing)
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- EMR documentation proficiency
- Ability to perform in fast-paced emergency department setting
- Ability to administer medications and assist physicians
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
