Job Summary
Assist physicians with electrophysiology studies, cardiac ablations, and device implantations by performing comprehensive nursing assessments, administering medications including conscious sedation, and maintaining sterile technique. Operate and troubleshoot EP lab equipment while monitoring cardiac rhythms, hemodynamics, and patient responses throughout procedures. Educate patients and families on pre- and post-procedure expectations to ensure informed consent and provide immediate post-procedure care. This 13-week travel assignment in Boston supports seamless procedural workflow and patient-centered treatment plans within a dedicated clinical team.
Required Qualifications
- One year's recent experience as an EP Lab Tech
- Current BLS (AHA/ ARC) certification
- ARRT, RCES, or RCIS certification
- Current ACLS certification
- Valid Radiologic Technologist license in compliance within state regulations
- PALS or ENPC certifications
- Other certifications and licenses
- Critical thinking

- Good interpersonal communication skills
- The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language
- Ability to read/comprehend written instructions
- Follow verbal instructions
- Proficiency in PC skills
